Preparation and confirmation of documents to submit to the Immigration Bureau/Get your passport at your country issued by goverment office | |
Certificate of Eligibility issued by Immigration bureau of Japan | |
After confirming the payment, we will mail the original of "Certificate of Eligibility" and "Admission Permit" | |
The applicant applies for a student visa at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in his / her home country | |
Entering Japan within 3 months from the date of issuance of "Certificate of Eligibility" |
After entering Japan
At the airport,
the Immigration Bureau will issue a landing permit
stamp to your passport and
residence card (Long-term course only) * If you need an airport pick- up at Kansai Airport , a separated fee will be charged. |

Conducting
orientation and placement tests at school. Procedures such as "notification" of the residential area, joining "National Health Insurance", "opening a bank account" etc. (Long-term course only) |

Procedures for admission to short-term courses
Need a prior
