	Submit the application form to our school within the application period
	Document screening / WEB interview
	School admission
	Preparation and confirmation of documents to submit to the Immigration Bureau／Get your passport at your country issued by goverment office
	Certificate of Eligibility issued by Immigration bureau of Japan
	After confirming the payment, we will mail the original of "Certificate of Eligibility" and "Admission Permit"
	The applicant applies for a student visa at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in his / her home country
	Entering Japan within 3 months from the date of issuance of "Certificate of Eligibility"

	At the airport, the Immigration Bureau will issue a landing permit stamp  to your passport and residence card (Long-term course only) * If you need an airport pick- up at Kansai Airport , a separated fee will be charged.
	Conducting orientation and placement tests at school. Procedures such as "notification" of the residential area, joining "National Health Insurance", "opening a bank account" etc. (Long-term course only)
	Class starts!

	Need a prior consultation Please contact us in advance. (E-mail, telephone, etc.) Tell us the name of applicant, contact information, study period, confirmation of tuition fees, do you need a dormitory etc..
	Submit the application and required documents. (Mail, E-mail, pass documents directly ,etc.) Application form for short-term students A copy of the diploma of the final academic background A copy of passport 2 photos（3cm＊4cm）
	School admission
	Payment of tuition fees (up to one week before admission)  After confirming payment, an "admission permit" will be issued
	Entry (please inform us of the date of entry in advance) ＊If you can not join National Health Insurance in Japan, please buy an insurance in your own country. ＊If you need to be picked up at Kansai Airport when you enter Japan, an additional fee will be charged.
